Besiktas’s Long Interest
Besiktas has been scouting Dusan Vlahovic for weeks, waiting for the best time to make the offer. According to Turkish media, Besiktas made the first bid last Thursday and the Turkish giant finished the transfer today.
Vlahovic is expected to become one of Besiktas’s biggest attacking signings and could play a crucial role in their plans for the upcoming season.
When Will Vlahovic Arrive?
Latest reports suggest that Dusan Vlahovic will arrive around 19:00 local time at Ataturk Airport VIP terminal.
He will come on August 12 and will be welcomed by several representatives, reporters, agents, and most importantly, by Besiktas President Serdal Adali.
Medical Checks
Dusan Vlahovic’s medical checks will be done in Istanbul. Firstly, he will be welcomed by fans at the airport and then taken to the hospital for the checks, or they will be done tomorrow.
Fans Welcoming Vlahovic
Besiktas fans are expected to create a huge atmosphere at the airport, with supporters waiting to welcome the Serbian striker and celebrate what could become one of the club’s biggest transfers of the summer.
My Perspective
In my perspective, this is the best decision Besiktas has made this season so far. Buying a player like Vlahovic, who is young and passionate, is unimaginable.
Also, Vlahovic was a free agent, and Besiktas did not have to face club-to-club talks, needing less money.
Now, Vlahovic will become the first striker, while Oh will stay as a substitute.
